Work Outline: Take inbound calls, Answer questions about the product details, the company and other issue with ac-count for the customers
Duties & Responsibility:
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Researching required information using accessible resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Delivers scripted or non-scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours
Provides accurate information and instruction to customers in accordance with guidelines
Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members
Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Good command of written and spoken in English
Able to work in shift
Fresh graduate are welcome
Service mind and good personality
Preferable Skill / Experience
1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 7.00-16.00/16.00-22.00 / 22.00-7.00 (Rotate shifts) (5 days leave 2 days)
