Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Design products or product structures in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. - Analyze problems and propose solutions through appropriate design, as well as revise and improve designs based on feedback from customers and the internal team. - Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure designs comply with standards and technical requirements. - Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure the products meet customer needs and expectations. - Monitor the production and assembly processes to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - High Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related fields - Fresh Graduate with internship program are welcome (GPA 2.50 up) - At least 2 years of relevant work experience as design engineer from Industrial products (Metal, Machinery, Automotive) - Conversational Middle level in English (Use for e-mail and sometimes communicate to Japanese Management) - Proficient in using AutoCAD. - Good knowledge and understanding of technical drawing. - Able to read, interpret, and extract details from drawings. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively. - Able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. - Able to work on Saturday 2 times/ month - Able to visit client's site in industrial area sometimes(Samuth prakarn,Rayong, Chonburi) : Company provide car with driver <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience from Aluminium Melting Furnace, Automotive Injection Industry - Early join candidate
