<Job Responsibilities> ・Prepare AutoCAD drawings for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems ・Create and revise drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built phases ・Update drawings based on engineers’ markups and redline comments ・Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance ・Organize and manage CAD files and project documentation ・Follow company CAD standards and project-specific requirements ・Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・At least 1 year of experience as a CAD Operator in the building services field (experience in electrical, HVAC, or instrumentation preferred) ・Conversational middle to high level of English (For communication with foreign colleagues) ・Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required) ・Ability to read and understand technical and construction drawings ・Strong teamwork and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Familiarity with construction site documentation and practices
