Business Solution Manager (80K-100K) (SDG-50381) <Job Responsibilities> Create business strategies for retails solutions business in Thailand market in aligned with Thai Brunch and Japanese HQ Manage department resources and work with international team members (Japan, Thailand, etc.) to execute the business plan Manage Sales, profit and costs of the department to achieve financial targets Strengthen relationship with key management personnel of existing accounts (well-known account) Build relationship with potential customers in target retails segments (convenience store, hyper/ supermarket, department store, specialty store) Provide support to other brunches in APAC region for their retail solutions business development Scope responsible solutions includes store / central system software & hardwar, retails ICT consulting maintenance support and services
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 36-42 years old Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experiences in retail solutions or ICT division of a retail company At least 2 years’ experience in management of team of more than 5 people Proven ability to build business strategies and to manage and assure execution of activities adhering the strategy Excellent relation building communication (writing/verbal), presentation skills are required Experience of acquiring new customers and developing new business <Preferable Skill / Experience> Bachelor’s degree in MBA Experience of managing international business and working in multi-cultural organization Japanese Skill Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chonnonsri, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(*flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*) About the Benefits Salary: 80,000–100,000THB About the company Products: security, telecommunications & networking, computers & server, multimedia Products, and outsourcing services Business Type: General / IT Services
