Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Sales Analysis & Insights: * Compile and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports to support strategic decision-making. - Product Planning & Execution: * Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Finance Lease and Hire Purchase products, and their associated ancillary services. - Lead the planning, development, and execution support for launching new financial products and their associated ancillary services, including the design of operational workflows and business processes. - Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: * Identify and evaluate potential business partners and strategic alliances to expand the financial product ecosystem. - Lead the end-to-end process of establishing business partnerships, including strategic planning, pitching, and drafting high-quality proposals for potential alliances. - Sales Enablement & Documentation: * Develop and standardize sales support materials, including high-quality proposals and client presentation templates. - Ensure the sales team is equipped with updated product knowledge and tools. - Contractual Review & Business Risk Management: * Review business contracts and agreements related to new products and partnerships to identify potential risks. - Ensure contractual terms are aligned with company interests and alert management to any unfavourable clauses before final execution. - Regulatory & BOT (Bank of Thailand) Management: * Ensure that new business initiatives and products are compliant with Bank of Thailand regulations. - Keep track of regulatory updates to ensure internal processes and products stay aligned with current standards. - Others are assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of professional experience in the finance industry (Leasing, Hire Purchase, or Banking) in Data analysis, Product planning, or Regulatory reporting. - Ability to interpret legal terms and conditions and identify potential business risks. - Solid understanding of financial regulations and BOT reporting standards. - Business level in English (Required for internal reporting and communication) - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Data visualization, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. <Details> - Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail. - Proven negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners. - Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills to build and streamline new business initiatives. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Business level in Japanese (to facilitate communication with Japanese stakeholders) will be special consider.
