Work outline: In charge of Business planning tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Define, develop and implement business planning processes.
Ø Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
Ø Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations.
Ø Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
Ø Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting, etc.
Ø Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.
Ø Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast.
Ø Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.
Ø Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ø Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age above 35 years old
Ø Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field
Ø Experience in large scale international manufacturing company (Electronic or high technology industrial is prefer)
Ø Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and costing
Ø Good command in English
Ø Strong leadership skill
Preferable:
Ø Japanese skill
Ø Business mind and flexibility for future responsibility expansion to cover business control
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Amata nakorn, Chonburi
Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 8.00 – 17.30
