Work outline: Responsible for Administration inside sales area back office, Consolidate all business and support export sales activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To control all sales related numbers such as sales forecast and inventory management etc.
Ø To prepare and follow-up any exporting processes such as payment confirmation, Export documentation etc.
Ø To assist supply chain workflow with logistics/shipping groups.
Ø To place monthly orders to related factories.
Ø To support export sales activities to boost the sales generation.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Assistant / Business Planning / Sales Coordinator / Export Sales
Ø To be good at working with numbers, and familiar with number-crunching.
Ø Knowledge of planning expense budget
Ø Experience working in Sales Back-Office
Preferable:
Ø Good at working with diversified customers
Ø Regional experience outside of Thailand.
Ø To have regional or international business skills.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BRT YEN ARKART, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
