Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan Headquarters to the ASEAN region. - To conduct demand planning based on customers’ requirements and forecasts. - To maintain and manage inventory levels optimally. - To collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination. - To provide reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan Headquarters. - To develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry - Conversational High Level in Japanese (JPLT N3) (Communicate with Japanese Headquarters according to project transfers and communication with suppliers) - Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications <In detail> - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Foreign customers, suppliers, reports, and documents) - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills <Preferable skills / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience working with Foreign customers and the team
