Work outline: Responsible for overall picture of Budgeting Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Budget Planning
· Setting Budget plan schedule and create manual/guideline for planning and How to use/input in systems
· Prepare Financial information database in actual and update in the system to be basis for start planning
· Ensuring business plans of each department, Business units and subsidiary are complete and aligned with company’s direction.
2. Monthly Business result reporting
· Upload financial information database into BGS system such as Trail Balance, Sale data.
· Prepare financial management reports (Profit & Loss/Balance sheet/Cash flow) compare with budget, last year result and ensure their in time submission ensure accurate and in time month, quarter and year end close.
· Provide in-depth analysis including important key ratio e.g. (Inventory turnover rate, Receivable turnover, Day sale outstanding)
· Prepare budget performance reports compare with budget by department.
· Prepare production performance/Ordinary profit reports compare with budget and last year result allocation by business unit and product.
3. Controlling/Approval Budget request
· Analyze of budget performance by department and act as audit functions to ensure that departments or projects operate within scope, schedule and budget.
· Check and review the requisition to used budget of all department before sending to management.
· Check and approve the purchase order of BGS system.
· Check and control accrued promotion expense that booking by BGS system.
4. Accounting
Chief accountant responsibility to sign document, make a financial statement for BOI and non BOI, make details implement for financial statement, prepare and make information for auditor, check the correction of sales, checking stock 2 time / year, coordinate with manager in accounting to control subordinate to work follow company regulation.
· Checking document and signature.
· Do a financial statement for BOI and non BOI.
· Correct information and record cost.
· Data implement for financial statement.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 38-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields, MBA would be preferable.
Ø Minimum 7 years experiences, with minimum 3 years direct experience in Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost Control, Business planning, reporting and analysis role.
Ø Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to provide recommendations to management.
Ø Needs to be a quick learner, have positive thinking, active, self-motivated and flexible enough to be.
Ø Good interpersonal skill and good service mind.
Ø Strong computer skills (especially MS Excel, MS Power point) and ability to manage
Ø Good communication skill in English.

Workplace Area: Ladkrabang Industrial Estate
Working Hour: Monday – Friday: 8.30 – 17.30 (work on Saturday depends on company’s calendar <around 10 Saturdays a year)
