Job Description
< Job Responsibilities > - Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets for multiple simultaneous new-branch openings using project management tools. - Serve as Central Coordinator: Act as the main liaison between internal departments (Operations, Marketing, HR, IT) and external parties (contractors, designers, suppliers) to ensure smooth and aligned communication. - Support Pre-opening Preparation: Assist with all aspects of branch pre-opening preparation such as ordering and tracking the delivery of space, equipment, and materials. - Support Staffing & System Setup: Coordinate with HR to arrange recruitment and training schedules for new staff, and support the IT team with POS and network installation at branches. - Document & Compliance Management: Ensure the company secures all required permits and maintain systematic records of all project documents such as contracts, floor plans, and reports. - Other assigned tasks by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or related fields - At least 3 years of experience in a store manager or retail manager in retail operations, sports clubs, fitness centers, or multi-branch service businesses. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - English conversational high level (To communicate with external, email and documents.) - Excellent organizational and time-management skills <Indetails> - Creative, committed, organized, and solution-oriented - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive work attitude with strong problem-solving capability - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to collaborate effectively and grow in a fast-paced environment <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Ability to speak Japanese or Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage - Experience in new-branch openings, branch renovation projects, or store construction projects
