Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead overall business strategy and commercial direction for key client portfolios - Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients on branding, marketing, and business growth - Oversee and support Client Service and Account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence - Drive new business development, including pitching, proposal development, and partnership building - Identify growth opportunities within existing clients (upsell, cross-sell, long-term retainers) - Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Operations teams - Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to senior team members - Make high-level strategic and operational decisions to support agency growth and profitability Requirements - Strong expertise in Branding and Marketing strategy - Proven experience in Client Service roles within a Creative Agency, combined with direct Marketing-side experience - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field - At least 8 years of professional experience in Client Service or Account Manager with more than 2 years of management experience as a manager with subordinate above - At least 3 years of experience in a marketing agency - Experience in presentation and pitching - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and make strategic, business-driven decisions - Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of agency economics - Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Conversational high in English to use for communication, emails, and documents - Able to use MS Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have 5 years of continuous tenure within one organization
