เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาธุรกิจ(พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct business development and marketing research for residential development project with local developer
- Conduct overall market research related to real estate development business(ex. area survey, pricing survey, tenant survey )
- Prepare and manage weekly sales report (ask feedback from customer)
- Join meeting with partner company and take minutes in English, report to Japanese managers
- Support collect information for new project
- Collaborate with partner company and related team
- Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 29-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related filed
- Business level of English
- At least 5 years experience as business development or project coordinator of real estate developer (Japanese company or have experience in Joint Venture with Japanese company is attractive)
- Person who understand Japanese business style
- Able to work in small office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese company or have working experience with Japanese
- Conversational level Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการพัฒนาธุรกิจและวิจัยการตลาดสำหรับโครงการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยร่วมกับนักพัฒนาในพื้นที่
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (เช่น สำรวจพื้นที่ สำรวจราคา สำรวจผู้เช่า )
- จัดทำและจัดการรายงานการขายประจำสัปดาห์ (สอบถามข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า)
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับบริษัทหุ้นส่วนและจดบันทึกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- รองรับการรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับโครงการใหม่
- ร่วมมือกับบริษัทคู่ค้าและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 29-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือประสานงานโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (บริษัทญี่ปุ่นหรือมีประสบการณ์ในการร่วมทุนกับบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ผู้ที่เข้าใจรูปแบบธุรกิจของญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถทำงานในสำนักงานขนาดเล็กได้
