<Job Description> - To expand the new customer base - To visit clients and take full responsibility for sales activities. - To provide consultation, gather customer information, and coordinate with customers - To plan, present, and successfully close sales - To prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis - To resolve issues and take ownership of bidding projects from new customers - To achieve sales targets as defined by the company - To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in M&E equipment or systems - Conversational Middle in English Level (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents) - Own a car and a Driving license for visiting customers <In Details> - Experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities - Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers - Ability to represent the company in front of stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills < Preferred Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in M&E Contractor - Experience in Project Sales - Experience in Bidding
