Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze market trends, customer demand, and sales performance to prepare accurate forecasts and business plans. - Identify potential business opportunities and propose sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to plan product availability and pricing strategies aligned with market needs. - Support marketing and promotional activities to introduce new products and enhance the company's brand positioning. - Manage end-to-end order processing, from receiving customer inquiries to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time response. - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to confirm order details, shipment schedules, and delivery arrangements. - Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock balance, avoiding shortages and excess. - Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales results, inventory status, and order progress to support business planning and management review.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. - At least 1 year of experience in a Coordinator, Sales support, or Business Development role in the Trading or machinery industry - Fresh graduates are welcome - Conversational middle level of English (Documents, Email, Communicate with report line) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with forecasting or analysis skills - Experience in a Japanese company - Japanese language skills are an advantage
