Work Outline: Responsible for new business development in his/her territory selling our innovative mobile language learning, talent and skills development solutions to clients in the Hospitality Industry.


Duties & Responsibility:


Identify prospective clients for company’s hospitality solutions, successfully pitch to these clients to secure incremental revenue for the company. 

Work directly with the Regional Sales Leadership to define, build, and execute on the overall Business Plan and Strategy to acquire new customers and additional wallet share within existing customers of 5 and 4-star hotel in his/her territory that delivers on the vision of the company.

Culture of Service: Assist in building and ensuring company's culture of service comes across in all of our interactions with our customers.

Territory Planning, Target Setting and Training: Develop and implement territory plans to rapidly acquire market share in the region. Develop plans including daily, weekly and monthly activity and target accounts in conjunction with the CRM, Marketing and Sales leadership to ultimately exceed quota and stretch goals. Ensure complete and up-to-date knowledge of our value proposition and products in order to perform strong mobile demos and customer presentations at various levels within a customer's organization.

Pipeline and Opportunity Management Discipline: Strong rigor and discipline of pipeline and opportunity management using the company CRM and following associated SOP’s, including accurately reflecting close dates, deal value, action steps and activities, probability and stage, visibility to customer interaction, etc.


Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Age over 27, Male or Female

BS/BA in Business, Marketing or Management related fields

Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and use independent judgment

Good English Communication

Local [Hospitality] Sales Experience with solid track record of closing deals. (Hospitality sales preferred, 4* Hotels, non-English speaking, and 2nd Tier F&B in Bangkok. 

2+ years successful track record in a variety of Sales roles or similar experience

In-depth sales experience, especially with building new territories from the ground up with limited support in a fast paced environment, ideally in the Hospitality Industry or with solution providers in the Hospitality Industry

Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Social and/or Mobile related technologies

Experience with Sales and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, etc.)

Extremely creative with a high degree of business acumen and executive presence.

Ability to build strategic relationships with CEOs, Property Owners, GMs, HR Directors at the customer locations.

Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills in English and other regional languages e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.

Experience selling technology and/or Software (SaaS) solutions to customers in his/her territory in the Hospitality, Education Technology, Food & Beverage, or Retail Industries

Self-starter with the ability to work independently
