Business Development Officer (real estate developer) (35K–55K) (SDG-108502) เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาธุรกิจ (ผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์) <Job responsibilities> ・Responsible for the sale and delivery of the property ・To communicate with owner who wants to buy thier property ・Introduce about their properties and getting new customer ・Proceed process of making agreement and deliver the property ・If any issue about property, communicate with Costrcuting company or any engineer to slove the issue as customer requested ・To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, etc. ・To collaborate with partner and related team to do real estate development business ・To perform other duties that may be assigned ・To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks ・Other duties assigned by Manager ** There will more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・รับผิดชอบการขายและการส่งมอบทรัพย์สิน ・เพื่อสื่อสารกับเจ้าของที่ต้องการซื้อทรัพย์สินของตน ・แนะนำคุณสมบัติและการหาลูกค้าใหม่ ・ดำเนินการขั้นตอนการทำสัญญาและส่งมอบทรัพย์สิน ・หากมีปัญหาใดๆ เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สิน โปรดติดต่อบริษัท Costrcuting หรือวิศวกรใดๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ ・เพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือวิจัยการตลาดเพื่อการพัฒนาที่พักอาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม ร้านค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ ฯลฯ ・ร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ・ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย ・เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้บริหารสำหรับงานทุกประเภทตามที่ร้องขอ ・หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ ** จะมีงานที่ไม่ประจำมากขึ้น และผู้สมัครคาดว่าจะมีความยืดหยุ่นและขับเคลื่อนตนเองเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Job Requirement
