Business Development Officer (35K–55K) (SDG-99570) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ <Job responsibilities> ・Responsible for the sale and delivery of the property ・Conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on ・Make a feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on ・Conduct overall market research related to real estate development business ・Develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them ・Collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business ・Perform other duties that may be assigned ・Support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks ・Other duties assigned by Manager ** There will be more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・รับผิดชอบการขายและการส่งมอบทรัพย์สิน ・ดำเนินการพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือวิจัยการตลาดเพื่อการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม การค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ ・ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่น ที่พักอาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม การค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ ・ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ・พัฒนากลยุทธ์ แผนงาน และแบบจำลองทางธุรกิจสำหรับธุรกิจและโครงการใหม่ และเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ ・ร่วมมือกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ・ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย ・สนับสนุนผู้บริหารสำหรับงานทุกประเภทตามที่ร้องขอ ・หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ ** จะมีงานไม่ประจำมากขึ้น และคาดว่าผู้สมัครจะมีความยืดหยุ่นและขับเคลื่อนตนเองเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Job Requirement
