<Job Description> - To expand the new customer base - To visit clients and take full responsibility for sales activities. - To provide consultation, gather customer information, and coordinate with customers - To plan, present, and successfully close sales - To prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis - To resolve issues and take ownership of bidding projects from new customers - To achieve sales targets as defined by the company - To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Others tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for M&E systems - Experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities - Conversational Middle in English Level (Communicate internally, email, and some report documents) - Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers - Own a car and a Driving license for visiting customers <In Details> - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to represent the company in front of stakeholders. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in M&E Contractor - Experience in Project Sales - Experience in Bidding
