Business Development Manager - Project (50K-100K) (SDG-80119) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ - โครงการ <Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for overall business performance and strategic planning of own accounts • Develop, maintain, and share detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behaviour, decision-makers, customer business drivers, and competition • Drive the development of existing and new markets and trade lanes • Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy • Act as focal point for customer resolution and claims • Plan, facilitate and conduct customer negotiations • Collaborate with different functions to ensure volume, mix and profitability targets are met • Ensure services are delivered to customers in a correct and timely manner • Responsible to always maintain customer satisfaction • Other duties as assigned. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields - 3+ years of experience in Business Development roles for logistic industry - Knowledge in logistics process - Fluent in English both writing and speaking - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) - Customer oriented, self-disciplined, results focused with a “can-do” attitude. ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ - โครงการ (50K-100K) (SDG-80119) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> • รับผิดชอบผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของธุรกิจและการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ของบัญชีของตัวเอง • พัฒนา รักษา และแบ่งปันความรู้โดยละเอียดเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า พฤติกรรมการซื้อ ผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจ ตัวขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจของลูกค้า และการแข่งขัน • ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาตลาดและช่องทางการค้าที่มีอยู่และใหม่ • สร้างและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ของบัญชีตามกลยุทธ์ที่กำหนดไว้ • ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางในการแก้ปัญหาและการเรียกร้องของลูกค้า • วางแผน อำนวยความสะดวก และดำเนินการเจรจากับลูกค้า • ทำงานร่วมกับฟังก์ชันต่างๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบรรลุเป้าหมายปริมาณ การผสมผสาน และความสามารถในการทำกำไร • ส่งมอบบริการให้กับลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา • รับผิดชอบรักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเสมอมา • หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ - ความรู้ในกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ - ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน - ความชำนาญกับชุดโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook และ PowerPoint) - มุ่งเน้นลูกค้า, มีวินัยในตนเอง, เน้นผลลัพธ์ด้วยทัศนคติที่ "ทำได้" ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับธุรกิจ ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS นานา กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 9:00-18:00 น.
