Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging and target international markets (e.g., ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East, Africa).
- Establish and strengthen relationships with certified dealers, distributors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to assess competitors, pricing trends, and potential business risks.
- Prepare and negotiate sales quotations, proposals, and project pricing aligned with company standards and margin expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Operations plan, Cost & Price Estimation, Technical & Project Management, and Customer & Order Management) to support presales and post-sales activities.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, networking events, and trade missions.
- Report sales pipeline progress using CRM tools and submit monthly/quarterly business updates.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications, export regulations, and internal sales policies.
- Other tasks assigned by report line

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales or business development
- At least 2 years of management experience with subordinates
- Experience in building materials or architectural products
- Conversation high level in English for communication with international customers
- Have own car and driving license

<Preferable>
- Experience in windows, doors, and facade solutions is preferred
- Can start working immediately
- TOEIC score 700 up is preferred
