<Job Responsibilities> Summary - This position is expected to manage Business-Development team* by utilizing knowledge and experience of real estate development. *Business development team are consist of 3 Japanese and 1 Thai members. (April-2026) Details 【Main scope : Project acquisition / Hotel management】 - Residential project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation) - Hotel project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation) - Other recurring project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survey, legal due diligence, documentation) - New partner exploration (potential partner research about their business detail and financial condition) - Existing hotel project monitoring (Leasing progress, Financial statement, SPC operation(BOD), EXIT strategy) 【Sub scope】 - To manage the operation progress of hotel PJ. - To manage finance/cash flow status of project - To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them - To perform other duties that may be assigned - To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks ** Since there are always non-routine tasks, the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, marketing, real estate, business strategy, or related field - At least 3 years of working experience in real estate industry or hotel industry - Good understanding of hotel business - Good understanding of business feasibility evaluation in real estate development - Good PC skills (Outlook / MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint) - Good skill in feasibility study and project profit analysis - Business level of English communication skill for internal communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience in hotel development at a real estate developer, or sourcing experience for new JV projects - Strong hard skills in finance, project study, and analysis <Preferble Personality> - Cooperative with team members - Strong sense of responsibility - Supportive and flexible - Act according to circumstances - Open to learn the new knowledge and skills - Interested in various tasks
