About this Job
Work outline: Operating all general affair tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Recording and creating all in-house sales document such as client’s inquiries, order, quotation etc.
Ø Act as interpreter when visiting client with JP MD
Ø Create report of actual sales order data
Ø Act as Sales conference administrator (Every Monday / PC operation / preparation of conference material)
Ø Customer gift arrangement
Ø Manuscript of the company brochure, updated information
Ø Fixture application and management of sales department
Ø General Affairs of Sales Division · Human Resources Affairs
Ø (Expense Accounting / Work Report / Absence Notification)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 21 – 40 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ø Experience in Sales coordinator/ Sales Support or other related fields
Ø Good command of both written and spoken Japanese
Ø Good command of both written and spoken English
Ø Proactive person who is willing to take initiative
Ø Basic PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferable:
Ø Experience working in Japanese culture
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced conversation Level (N2 up)
Workplace Area: BTS Phayathai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 -70,000 THB Base salary
