Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within Chinese-speaking companies in Thailand and the industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their production processes and technical requirements.
- Conduct sales visits, perform product presentations, and engage in business negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare commercial documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to recommend suitable industrial heating solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project schedules to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through order confirmation, providing after-sales support as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and competitor intelligence for management.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while proactively identifying new market opportunities.
- Visit customer sites approximately four days per week across key industrial areas (e.g., Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Rayong, Chonburi).
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Technical Sales, or Area Sales in any industry
- Conversational High level of Chinese or HSK4 up
- Conversation in High English level (for documents, email, and meeting overseas clients sometimes)
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driving license, with the ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
- Able to visit the client 2-3 days/week and meet at the Head office every Monday
- Able to visit the client in China

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working with Chinese-invested manufacturers or suppliers in Thailand.
- Experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, automation products, heating equipment, or related technical products.
