<Job Responsibilities > 1. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, products, services, and competitive landscape. - Analyze data to determine market opportunities and develop strategies. - Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt our approach accordingly. - Develop and implement business development strategies - Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets, build partnerships, and increase sales. 2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: - Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels such as cold calling, email, networking events, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback,ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. - Network with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers. 3. Proposal Development and Presentation: - Prepare compelling business proposals tailored to the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production - Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our company's capabilities, value proposition, and unique selling points. 4. Negotiation and Contract Management: - Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented, reviewed, and executed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Continuously evaluate contract performance and identify opportunities for renewal, renegotiation, or termination as appropriate. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: - Develop sales forecasts and projections based on market analysis, historical data, and current trends. - Track, Analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition cost to measure the success of business development initiatives. - Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding sales pipeline, opportunities, and challenges. 6. Manage projects, negotiate and close deals - Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners. - Oversee the development and execution of business development projects.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in business administration digital marketing, marketing, or related field. - More than 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a focus on developing new relationships in Marketing Service/Consultant/Agency company. - English conversational high level (Communication with Japanese report line, clients, e-mail and documents) - Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) - Have experience in developing and implementing business development strategies in high-value accounts. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel <In Details> - Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing or digital marketing agency business. (Advantage) - Have experience in business development or sales in marketing business (accepting for consideration) - Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. - Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
