Job Description


<Position objective/Expectation>
The position is responsible for developing and expanding the Aesthetic business in Thailand by strengthening relationships with existing partners and creating new business opportunities.
The role requires close collaboration with the Head Office Sales Department, including sales support, budget management, and regular reporting.
In addition, the position is expected to support distributors and doctors by enhancing product knowledge through training activities.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct market research in the Thai Aesthetic market
- Strengthen and support sales activities of existing partners and distributors
- Create and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare for and participate in conferences and exhibitions
- Manage budgets related to sales activities
- Manage contracts with customers
- Report regularly to the Sales Department at Head Office
- Provide training to distributors and doctors
- Visit end-users daily (minimum 4 hospitals per day)
- Work from the office on Fridays
(Working from home may be permitted when necessary)
- Other duties assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the Aesthetic field
- Experience in the biopsy needle and business
- driver’s license
- Conventional middle - high level of English to communicate  with Japanese staff and Japanese HQ
*someone with more hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments, particularly dermal fillers

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience in developing new clients
