Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Strategic Offline Marketing & Networking:
Identify, plan, and execute high-impact offline marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition within the medical community.
- Actively attend medical conferences, doctors' association events, and networking galas to establish and expand the clinic’s professional network.
Relationship Management & Lead Generation:
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with doctors, medical professionals, and patient referral agents through consistent outreach and face-to-face communication.
- Focus on exchanging contacts and developing strong "connections" with key opinion leaders in the healthcare sector to secure future patient referrals.
On-site Client Engagement:
Visit client sites and partner clinics approximately twice a week to maintain a strong presence, gather feedback, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Organize and manage impactful on-site promotional events and health seminars.
Patient & Partner Liaison:
Introduce clinic services to prospective patients and their families, providing professional follow-up support to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal medical teams and external partners, including handling necessary HR and administrative coordination.
Integrated Branding & Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with web marketing and branding teams to develop creative, integrated campaigns that align with offline networking efforts.
Propose and manage comprehensive branding strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth goals.
Administrative & Other Duties:
Manage promotional budgets and track the ROI of networking activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the business development team.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of Business Development or Sales in BtoC industry.
- Experience in promotion activities for brand acknowledgment
- Conversational high level of English(Communication with Japanese Director)
- Have Drivig License and Own Car
- Able to use personal Laptop.

- Experience in marketing or PR tasks in any industry
- Experience in designing online content 
- Experience in health care or medical industry
- Experience in SNS promotion
