Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Promote decarbonization and the realization of a circular economy by proposing the replacement of petrochemical-based raw materials with recycled alternatives. - Drive projects to replace crude oil with recycled tire pyrolysis oil, enabling the production of environmentally friendly products such as naphtha, diesel, plastics, and synthetic rubber. - Propose the use of ISCC-certified recycled plastics and synthetic rubber in end products such as tires and automobiles, contributing to CO2 reduction for end users. - Manage clients both domestically and internationally, with a strong focus on Europe, China, and South Korea; frequent overseas business trips are required. - Business development focus: 90% new business, 10% existing clients. - After securing new contracts, provide continuous follow-up to build long-term partnerships. - Over time, increase the share of existing clients and establish your own professional network and client base. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemical, materials, or industrial sector - Proven ability to manage international clients and conduct overseas business trips regularly - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with business-level proficiency required - Understanding of industrial raw materials and supply chain dynamics - Technical understanding of chemical processes or recycling technologies is necessary <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - International client management experience preferred - Background in chemicals, petrochemicals, or automotive materials advantageous - Familiarity with sustainability standards such as ISCC or similar is a plus - Experience in circular economy or decarbonization initiatives highly valued
