Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Existing Account Management: Take full ownership of assigned existing accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and long-term satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and strategic support.
- On-site Client Visits: Visit clients’ purchasing departments (mainly in Bangkok, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi, 1–2 times per month) to review usage, provide updates, and secure recurring orders.
- Sales Strategy & Analysis: Analyze client usage data and order history to develop account-specific strategies and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Account Transition Support: Handle account handovers from the sales development (New Business) team effectively to ensure a seamless transition for the client.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor individual sales targets and progress, providing regular reports and revenue forecasts to management.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any service-related issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree from any field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales planning or Sales 
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (able to manage sales data and team targets).
- Conversional high- Business English proficiency (used as internal corporate language and for dealing with overseas clients)
- Experience working with car manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers(electronic components)
- Able to visit clients in Bangkok, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi(Once a month)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the automotive audio or electronic parts industry.
- Strong skills in strategic sales planning and reporting to senior management.
- Ability to handle complex negotiations and long-term relationship building with purchasing departments.
