<Job responsibilities> (Main scope : Project acquisition / Hotel Project management) • Residential project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survery, legal due deligence, documentation) • Hotel project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survery, legal due deligence, documentation) • Other recurring project sourcing (market research, feasibility study, land risk survery, legal due deligence, documentation) • New partner exploration (potential pertner research about their business detail and financial condition) • Existing hotel project monitoring (Leasing progress, Financial statement, SPC operation(BOD), EXIT starategy) (Sub scope) • Manage the sales/marketing/transfer progress of condominium, or housing PJ. *most important • Manage finance/cash flow status of project • Develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them • Perform other duties that may be assigned • Support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks ** Since there are always non-routine tasks, the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the company ・Other duties as assigned by Manager
