<Job Responsibilities> - Establish and develop business model, sales strategies 1. Annual and Medium -Term Plan 3-5 years 2. sales target (Volume, Revenue, Margin, and Price), - Budgetary, branding, and marketing plan for Domestic Business and International Business - Plan, develop, manage and drive sales, Domestic and international business, branding and marketing activities aligned with company policy, goal and timeframe. - Explore and analyse potential global market both distribution and project segments. - Research and analyse sales channel, market coverage, customer behaviours, requirements and competitors. - Track, monitor and report situation (monthly and management review) and performance. - Build long term relationships with customers and business partners to improve satisfaction ratings - Manage and close all customer issues, complaints and provide optimal solutions - Create plan to participate in exhibition and trade fair in oversea market - Collaborate with related teams to make sales and business transaction smoothly - Coach and develop export sales team in order to strengthen and increase individual and team competency in long term. - Ad hoc tasks and new challenges as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, International Business administration , Business Administration, Marketing - At least 5 years experience in Business Development, Export Sales, or International Business. - Familiar with Science Biology. - Knowledge about International Commercial terms (Incoterm), Contract, Agreement - Conversation high or Business level in English to communicate with foreigner client such as Indian, Malaysian or Indonesia or others (Able to communicate, documents, email) - Able to travel abroad and to another country. ( 1-2 Time / Month ) <Detail> - Sales, negotiable, motivation and presentation - Good at Microsoft Office and able to learn new APP or other IT programs - Growth mindset, positive and logical thinking - Planning, analytical, decision-making, problems solving - Adaptative, interpersonal, communication and teamwork - Strong commitment, result-oriented and creativity - Having sufficient negotiation skills in written and verbal communication. - Having sufficient knowledge of international trade. - Having sufficient knowledge in drafting and amending various English-language contracts. <Preferable Skill/Experience> - Laboratory rodent (Mice)/ Animal Research/ Diet /Lab equipment Support product - Other languages are supplementary
