<Job Responsibilities>
- Negotiate and maintain competitive supplier terms to improve gross margin and market competitiveness.
- Increase new business opportunities from supplier collaborations and exclusive product agreements.
- Improve customer satisfaction through BD operation and supplier support.
- Strengthen new strategic brands to achieve target. 
- Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers to secure favorable pricing, lead time, and product availability.
- Enabling effective supplier/brand management and business development activities.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and gather product/market updates.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to secure competitive pricing, lead time, and favourable terms.
- Collaborate with suppliers on joint promotions, product launches, and market expansion initiatives
- Identify and source new products from suppliers to fill market gaps and meet customer demand.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier capabilities, innovations, and manufacturing capacity.
- Share supplier insights with internal teams to align sales strategy and product positioning.
- Support the internal team in converting supplier advantages into customer sales opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues proactively.
- Identify and approach potential customers to expand the customer base and penetrate new domain customers.
- Promote and sell strategic brands, focusing on Mechanical and Electronic components.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify sales opportunities.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years Business Development, or account management, Procurement Engineering
- Conversation High level of English (spoken & written, negotiate term and price with supplier) 
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse and define measures of success and failure, report and solution recommendation.
- Able to visit supplier (Not frequency), Company provide car and driver

<Personality>
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks to meet the deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, results-oriented, able to work independently and good team player.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Knowledge of industrial components or automation products is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B environment
