Job Description
• Conduct overall operation to create new clients (Research the market, search prospective clients, make appointments by calling, mailing, post mail, etc., Get the contract).
• Analyse potential client matched with company’s database.
• Visit clients (or set online meeting) introduce recruitment service, get information about their needs in human resource, implement problem solving procedure.
• Negotiate with new clients about contract conditions.
• Get job requirement and create job order sheet with full and detailed information of company business, job scope, requirements, and internal information in English.
• Share full information with Recruiting Consultant team and Career Consultant team and contribute them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
• Not limited to only the job description above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the main purpose.
Job Requirement
• Age 23-29 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of sales / telemarketer experience
• Time management & Multi-tasks skill is required
• Strong mindset to support clients (customer-oriented)
• Passion to grow up together with this organization.
• Who is a self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target
• Personality (Active, Ownership, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive)
• Dairy conversational level English
• Have a negotiation skill is preferable
