Business Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (35K–50K) (SDG-114496) <Job responsibilities> - Visit customers outside to present company profile, solutions, discuss on client's demands (by taking public transportation, Grab, BTS, MRT or Car rental with driver) - Prepare for the presentation, documents which meet to each customer type. - Responsible for company brand awareness. - Proper, yet efficient Communication way with both Japanese and Thai customers. - Research for the relevant law and regulations; building construction, relevant environmental law. - Coordinate with architect for processes. - Meeting coordinator and taking minutes and Making reports (English or Japanese language). - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 39 years old - Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years as Business Development, Sales, Business Coordinator, Marketing field in Real Estate/ Architectural Services/ Construction field company - Conversational High to Fluent level in Japanese with JLPT N2 or N1 (coordinate with Japanese report line/ customers, documents, emails etc.) - Conversational High in English (Coordinate with Japanese, taking minutes, reports, emails etc.) - Have mature personality and extrovert, fast learner, great Communication, presentation, public speaking skills, solve unexpected situation well. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Graduated from Architectural field - Early join candidate. - Have High score of TOEIC Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Saint Louis Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday - Friday, Flexible hour (earliest 7.00 am - latest 10.00 pm) Core time 11:00-16:00 Hybrid working: Work from home: 2 days/ week (depends on report line approval)) About the Benefits 35,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Architectural service Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
