Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. 70% Main Task - To work independently on small to mid-sized company single-product projects - To work as a team member on larger, complex product projects - To analyze or assist in analyzing customer business requirements and application - To develop or assist in designs to meet customer needs - To work with the Service Manager or Project Manager to estimate time frames - To oversee quantity and skill set of resources required to successfully implement projects - To develop or assist in developing the project plan, incorporating all variables - To condut weekly meetings with customers to determine progress against plan - To participate in development and refinement of forecasts for the project - To prepare weekly status reports on specific objectives - To conduct an Integration Workshop to clarify integration programming requirements - To define a Functional Specification document highlighting all integration functions -To prepare a document defining the technical specifics of the integration programming - To assist in the development of all needed integration programs - To perform on-site installation and testing - To independently manage small- to mid-sized enhancement jobs for existing customers 2. 20% Coordinate Task - Acts as liaison between the company and its customers 3. 10% Side Task - To serve as a pre-sales and post-sales technical support specialist as needed 4. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field - At least 2 years of Experience in Software Implementation for Manufacturing or Corporations from IT Solution or IT Consults Company - Experience in EAM, ERP, SCRM, CRM, or ITSM - Experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst - Conversational Basic in English (Use for email, report, program, and documents) - Able to visit and perform at the customer site <In Details> - Excellent in project documentation - Strong communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills - Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Experience in Analytics or Data Science - Holding an ITIL certification
