Business Consultant / Business Analyst (ERP) (40K-90K) (SDG-77157) ที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจ / นักวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ (ERP) <Job Responsibilities> - Analyzes or assists in analyzing customer business requirements and application objectives, develops or assists in develop design to meet customer needs. - Works with appropriate Service Manager or Project Manager to estimate time frames, quantity and skill set of resources required to successfully implement projects, develops or assists in the development of project plan incorporating all variables. - May conduct weekly status meetings with customers to determine progress against plan. - Participates in development and refining of forecasts for the project. - Prepares weekly status report on specific objectives - Conduct an Integration Workshop for the purpose of clarifying integration programming requirements - Define a Functional Specification document, which highlights all integration functional requirements - Prepare a Technical Specification document defining the technical specifics of the integration programming needed - Assist in development of all needed integration programs - On-site installation and testing - Independently manage small-mid sized enhancement jobs to existing customers <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 1 year EAM, ERP or Service Desk Project Implementation experience as Functional Consultant or Business Analyst. - Knowledge in enterprise solutions (ERP, SCM, CRM) - Basic command of English <Preferable Skills / Experiences > - Working experiences in ERP software for manufacturing/construction companies - Analytics or Data Science knowledge/experience - ITIL v3 certificates - Developing experiences of JAVA or Python or SQL Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Lat Phrao, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri [SAT: None, Work From Home 70-90% depends on positions]) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–90,000THB About the company Product & Service: IT services of business improvement: Full cycle implementation, Version Upgrade, Business Assessment, System integration, Ongoing system support, On-call service desk, Training, and Software as a service Business Type: IT Solutions / IT Consulting
