Work outline: To responsible in Admin by support Sales and Marketing function and other tasks related to Administrations/ HR&GA / Purchasing
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To make Expense budget and monitor it periodically.
Ø To initiate internal authorization processes and follow them up.
Ø To summarize numbers of performance result related to subsidiaries
Ø To assist report sales related matters.
Ø To do secretarial type of functions when necessary.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø 3-5 years’ experience in administrative works in any industries.
Ø Any experience in Back-Office functions.
Ø To command good English and Thai languages.
Ø To be good at working with Excel and Familiarized with numbers-crunching
Preferable:
Ø To have some knowledge/experience in Finance field.
Ø To command Japanese language.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BRT YEN ARKART
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)
