<Job Responsibilities> - Preparing and revising architectural drawings and structural drawings - Drafting using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) - Collaborating with the design team to ensure high-quality drawings - Quickly updating and managing drawings in response to design changes - Other duties assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Minimum of a technical college diploma or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in CAD drafting from the construction business ＊Entry-level candidates may be considered if they are willing to undergo technical training - Basic level of English to make the document/drawing - Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) - Fundamental knowledge and skills in creating both 2D and 3D drawings - Basic understanding of building codes and related regulations - Stable career (Not a Job hopper) <Detail> - Strong communication and teamwork skills - High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy < Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational middle level in English, both speaking and writing - Working experiences from Japanese companies
