Brand Manager (Health&Wellness)(60K-85K)(SDG-27242) Job Responsibilities Strategy & Communication30% Business analysis, consumer understanding, retailer understanding, competitive tracking and analysis and development of specific insights. Lead and manage strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive overall brand growth and business objectives, including messaging and strategy as well as media plan development and execution Work collaboratively with team to create and manage marketing communication plan for brands from strategic direction to execution and budget management and evaluation Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive profitable growth Work effectively with advertising agency and distributor to implement and monitor effective A&P spending-media, promotions, public relations and event marketing To achieve sales target and cooperate cross functional such as sales promotion and others function related as marketing concerned Formulate local-specific sales and marketing programs Manage brand P&L and improve spend efficiency New Product30% Lead in portfolio management & develop NPDs that satisfy consumer needs as well as company's benefit Develop NPD concept and product formulation and price strategy Utilize consumer-driven insights to drive short and long term growth of the brands Translates insights into profitable product innovations
Job Requirement
Develop NPDs along with go-to-market strategies Develop TVC, POP and OOH Media and other tools to support sales team Market Analysis20% Analyze market trend, competitors’ strategy, activities, and performance in order to develop brand winning strategy Analyze competitor data Identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs Market Research10% Brief research project and supervise on discussion guide and questionnaire, observe fieldwork etc Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaign as POP, OOH Media, digital/social media/tools, etc <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 33-35 years old Master Degree in Marketing /Business or related field. At least 7 years of working experience in Brand Management with FMCG or Food Experience of NPD development (FMCG Good or beverage business only) Strong commercial and research Good analytical, creative, initiative, proactive and self-motivated Demonstrated leadership, collaborative, communication and negotiation skill Good command in computer literacy and English Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> Japanese speaking is advantage Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom,Bangkok Working Hour: 7:30-16:15(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–85,000THB About the company Products: Frozen food / Ice cream / Beverage Business Type: Food / Beverages
