Branch Manager @Rayong (40K-60K) (JO-180305-148567)

About this Job

Work outline: Be responsible for managing branch operation, trouble shooting for worker which are dispatched and increase client’s satisfaction.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Strategically manage all operation of branch

Ø  Negotiate with client regarding service condition and schedule

Ø  Make a prompt plan how company can fix the amount of worker in case there is lack of workers

Ø  Coordinate with sales team in HQ to make sure service contents

Ø  Negotiate with other department to source more workers to fill in client’s request

Ø  Hire new staff and train them

Ø  Manage attendance of staff and other labor management

Ø  Make a regular report to Japanese manager to inform current situation

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 35-45 years old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree

Ø  At least 7-10 years’ experience in sales or customer service experiences to solve problems for client

Ø  At least 3 years management experience

Ø  Have a driving license and car

 

Preferable:

Ø  Japanese language skill is high advantage

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
