Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage customer requests and bookings for golf courses, hotels, transportation, and other related services. - Communicate with Japanese customers primarily via chat and email in Japanese (no phone conversation required). - Input and manage data in internal systems and Excel using the Japanese language. - Coordinate and reconfirm reservations with golf courses and service providers. - Handle LINE messages and inquiries from Japanese customers efficiently and courteously. - Prepare and arrange golf gifts and materials for customer use or events. - Support the preparation and organization of golf competitions. - Perform other related administrative and reservation duties as assigned. <Customer Information> Customer Profile: 100% Japanese customers Communication Language: Japanese (written)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 1 year of Experience in Japanese-speaking Admin, Coordinator, Sales Support in any industry - Fresh graduated are welcome - Conversational high level of Japanese (JLPT; N2 up), coordinate with customer - Able to read and type using a PC in Japanese - Computer literacy (Excel, email, and chat communication). - Service-minded, responsible, and able to respond promptly to customer inquiries. <Personality> - Interest in golf or the tourism business is a plus. - Being able to join immediately is a plus
