BOI & Logistic Coordinator (Contract 1 year)

Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Filter and check shipping doc after obtain from all local&overseas vendors.
Prepare shipping document with order sheet to freight forwarder to meet on-time delivery 
Price checking and Proceed cargo receiving into the system
Coordinate with 3PL,freight forwarder to do customs and delivery cargo to warehouse with good condition and on-time delivery
Coordinate with freight forwarder,3PL and concerned department for irregular shipment or facing customs clearance
Improve Profitability Inbounds Expenses 
Delivery management preparation to 3PL with on-time delivery to customer.
Price changing in the system for THB currency
Issue invoice to customer.
Coordinate with 3PL to fulfill customer satisfaction such as special label or special handling
Prepare document for sample and replacement to customer
Check freight, booking and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the shipments on schedules.
Improve Profitability Outbound Expenses and zone to zone for local delivery
Coordinate with 3PL to fulfill customer satisfaction such as special label or special handling
Prepare document for sample and replacement to customer

Filling for all documentation(Import and export entry, tax invoice,delivery note, BOI exemption & cutting)
Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Logistic, Business investment or related field
Work experience 1-2 years in BOI &Logistic or related, such as BOI, import-export, logistics, inventory control, warehouse management.
Able to communication skill in English, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Computer literacy ex. MS office, Word, Excel, PPT, Oracle system
Able to work independently under work pressure, willing to learn and proactive, high responsibility and good business judgment.
Good interpersonal skills, able to lead and motivate the team and demonstrate problem solving skills

Working Hour: 9:00-17:30(Mon-Fri)
