เจ้าหน้าที่เขียนและออกแบบงานระบบ BIM
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support.
- Coordinate and manage Revit models.
- Create Revit families and CAD blocks.
- Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy
- Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadline
- Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis.
- Complete printing and plotting requests.
- Observe professional ethics.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools
- Ensures compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans
- Setting up project base files
- Assemble composite design models for coordination meetings
- Facilitate use of composite design models in design coordination/clash detection meetings and provides detection reports by the identification and resolution of all hard and soft collisions
- Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field
- 5 years plus of Revit experience and of AutoCAD experience in the project such as Shopping mall, Condominium, Office building, Hospital)
- Understanding of MEP Systems (HVAC, Electrical, Sanitary and Fire protection system)
- Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software
- Good command of written and spoken English

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดทำแบบจำลอง CAD / BIM และการสนับสนุนการออกแบบ
- ประสานงานและจัดการแบบจำลอง Revit
- สร้างตระกูล Revit และบล็อก CAD
- รับการมอบหมายงานขององค์ประกอบการออกแบบเฉพาะหรือการร่าง CAD จากผู้จัดการโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบงานทั้งหมดเพื่อความสมบูรณ์และความถูกต้อง
- ใช้รายการตรวจสอบการตั้งค่าสำหรับการควบคุมคุณภาพในแต่ละโครงการและส่งงานตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำบัญชีที่ถูกต้องของเวลาที่ใช้ในโครงการพร้อมคำอธิบายสำหรับการเข้าแต่ละครั้งเป็นรายสัปดาห์
- คำขอพิมพ์และพล็อตสมบูรณ์
- สังเกตจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ
- แสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีการเชิงรุกในการเรียนรู้เครื่องมือออกแบบดิจิทัลใหม่
- มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับแผนการดำเนินการ BIM และแผนขอบเขต BIM ที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- การตั้งค่าไฟล์ฐานโครงการ
- รวบรวมแบบจำลองการออกแบบคอมโพสิตสำหรับการประชุมประสานงาน
- อำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้แบบจำลองการออกแบบคอมโพสิตในการประชุมการออกแบบการประสานงาน / การตรวจจับการปะทะกันและจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบโดยการระบุและการแก้ปัญหาของการชนที่แข็งและอ่อนทั้งหมด
- ประสานงานการแลกเปลี่ยนไฟล์ BIM และการเก็บถาวรของการส่งที่สำคัญ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรืออนุปริญญาในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 5 ปีบวกกับประสบการณ์ Revit และประสบการณ์ AutoCAD ในโครงการเช่นห้างสรรพสินค้าคอนโดมิเนียมอาคารสำนักงานโรงพยาบาล)
- ความเข้าใจในระบบ MEP (ระบบ HVAC, ไฟฟ้า, ระบบสุขาภิบาลและระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย)
- มีความรู้และได้รับการพิสูจน์มาแล้วใน Autodesk Revit และซอฟต์แวร์การสร้างแบบจำลองข้อมูลอาคารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
