Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct site surveys, attend coordination meetings, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support BIM modeling and design development. - Develop, review, and manage detailed MEP models primarily using Revit. - Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit in alignment with project requirements and standards. - Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to ensure design accuracy, compliance, and constructability. - Assist in preparing technical documentation and project deliverables related to BIM MEP works. - Perform other assignments as directed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. - At least 1 year of experience in drafting building systems (MEP) in the construction industry - Proficiently using AutoCAD and Revit - Able to work on-site or at construction sites around Bangkok - Basic level of English (for daily conversation and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience handling Data Center, Clean Room, and Green Building projects
