Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide customer service and advice on skincare and makeup application or facial massage for customers (training provided) - Maintain and serve customers to introduce and sell Decorte brand products in assigned department stores/branches and other online channels - Expand new customer groups, follow up with customers, and build a customer base - Record and report customer information, product purchases, and purchase accumulations manually - Manage counter, facial massage room, display organization, cleanliness, product testers, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) - Conduct monthly inventory counts of product testers and GWP - Manage inventory to suit customer behavior in the branch - Coordinate with department stores and headquarters, participate in brand activities or promotions - Demonstrate commitment and intention to learn about the brand and products (brand and product knowledge)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - 1 year expirience as a beauty advisor in the cosmetics industry. - English conversational middle level (Communicate with overseas customers and documents) - Able to work as a shift <In details> - Good personality, good interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm - Good speaking and selling skills - Responsibility and thoroughness - Service mind, able to handle various types of customers - Ability to work well under pressure - Ability to work well with others <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Candidates with luxury cosmetics sales experience will be given special consideration
