Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage B2B customer accounts, primarily Japanese headquarters (HQ) accounts.
- Lead customer relationship management, including contract negotiations and issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Identify and manage business risks related to delivery, quality, and contractual obligations.
- Serve as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Conversational High or Business Level in Japanese (N1), For communicate with Supplier, Japanese HQ via email on online meeting
- Conversational High Level in English, for meeting with internal and client

<Personality>
- Proven experience in customer management and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong risk awareness and sound business judgment.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience managing Japanese multinational or HQ customer accounts.
- Experience in contract negotiations, claims management, or dispute resolution.
- Experience working in a global or cross-cultural business environment.
