<Job Responsibilities>
- IT Service Management to plan, design, deliver, operate, and control IT services offered to the organization to meet company plan and SLA. This includes system management, network management, and disaster recovery management.
- IT Governance and Security to ensure effective and efficiency use of IT in enabling organization to achieve its goals.
- Protection of computer systems and computer data from threats from both internal and external people to damage, disrupt
- As Division Head, this person is to manage (plan, lead, organize, and control) team of IT Service Management and Data center
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineer or relevant fields, Master degree will be appreciated
- 5 years of experience as an IT Service Management team leader
- 15 years of experience as IT Services including clients / servers / network / disaster recovery / security / governance
- Experience in managing Data Center or NOC or SOC
- Excellent understanding of project management, SDLC, and IT service principles such as ITIL
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 600)
- 10 years of life insurance experience would be advantage
- Certified IT Services or Security such as ITIL, ITSM, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ is a plus

- การจัดการบริการด้านไอทีเพื่อวางแผนออกแบบจัดส่งดำเนินงานและควบคุมบริการด้านไอทีที่เสนอให้กับองค์กรเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนของ บริษัท และ SLA ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดการระบบการจัดการเครือข่ายและการจัดการการกู้คืนความเสียหาย
- การกำกับดูแลด้านไอทีและความปลอดภัยเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการใช้ไอทีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการทำให้องค์กรบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- การปกป้องระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์จากภัยคุกคามจากบุคคลทั้งภายในและภายนอกให้เกิดความเสียหายหยุดชะงัก
- ในฐานะหัวหน้าแผนกบุคคลนี้คือการจัดการ (วางแผนนำไปสู่การจัดระเบียบและควบคุม) ทีมของ IT Management Management และ Data Center
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในฐานะหัวหน้าทีมบริหารการบริการด้านไอที
- ประสบการณ์ 15 ปีในฐานะบริการด้านไอทีรวมถึงลูกค้า / เซิร์ฟเวอร์ / เครือข่าย / การกู้คืนความเสียหาย / ความปลอดภัย / การกำกับดูแล
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการศูนย์ข้อมูลหรือ NOC หรือ SOC
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบริหารโครงการ SDLC และหลักการบริการด้าน IT เช่น ITIL
- ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและทักษะการบริหารเวลาอย่างมาก
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 600)
- ประสบการณ์การประกันชีวิต 10 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บริการด้านไอทีหรือการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ผ่านการรับรองเช่น ITIL, ITSM, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security + เป็นข้อดี
