Job Description

Automotive Business Developer and Vertical Specialist (150K–200K) (SDG-62265)

<Job Responsibilities>
The suitable candidate will have both LOCAL and GLOBAL responsibilities as follows: 
LOCAL responsibilities: 50% of your time
-	Grow the sales for mainly Automotive, Machine Tools, AGV and EV charging stations) in APAC (including India). 
-	Generate new business opportunities, preparing the proposals, submitting the quotations, negotiating prices and closing the business deals (KPIs to be defined).
-	Prepare & deliver the sales action plans based on the company policies and targets.
-	Promote the products to the customers (End users, SIers and OEMs).
-	Develop new customers, set strong relationship with them.
-	Develop trust relationships with existing major vertical customers & ensure they do not turn to competition
-	Marketing research and analysis, competition intelligence, sales strategy planning support. 
-	Be a team member will all other APAC sales team member, support them when required.
-	Supporting Japanese key customers when required.
-	Updates job knowledge by participating in internal/external educational opportunities.

GLOBAL responsibilities: 50% of your time
-	Manage directly the Automotive Vertical Market globally. 
-	Acquire a deep understanding of the global market and of its current and future trends to identify business opportunities. This requires making market analysis, visiting customers, and building a trustful relationship with leading companies in the Vertical Markets at a global scale.
-	Based on this knowledge this position is in charge of proposing a global and regional (mainly Japan, China, APAC) strategy to grow sales in Automotive. It includes building sales action plans per region and proposing new products, solutions, or services. He will focus on unexpressed or unsatisfied customer needs that we could fulfil with a strong competitive advantage. 
-	Make market trainings to sales, marketing, distributors when necessary 
-	Other duties assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-	Thai nationality,  Male/ Female 30 - 50 years old
-	Bachelor’s Degree 
-	At least 5 years of sales experience in mechanical and electrical systems (including trading companies)
-	Sales experience in FA-related or parts such as machine tools, control panels, switchboards, etc.

Job Requirement

-	Have a high sense of sales and key account management 
-	Are able to manage consistently the business plan and meet the deadlines
-	Are able to work in a team to solve problems, create and deploy strategic plans
-	Have experience of the Automotive production market, especially Japanese manufacturers
-	Have a marketing mindset and are customer-oriented
-	Are fluent in English and Japanese and want to work in a global international team
-	Have strong analytical and synthesis skills 
-	Have the ability to discuss with technical experts (minimum technical background required but no need to be an expert)
-	Know how to define priorities
-	Have excellent communication skills, speaking + written
-	Are curious, like to learn about the market, technologies, products, and marketing methods
-	Are creative, innovative, like to think out of the box, be pro-active and take initiatives
-	You can travel 25% to 50% of your time after the Covid crisis.
