About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall production for audio department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To ensure that the production quantity and schedule is closely followed and fulfilled in accordance to planning
Ø Monitor manpower and manning cost to ensure smooth operations
Ø Manage day to day operations/production related matters
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
Ø At least 10 years of production/manufacturing improvement experiences in related industries with also not less than 5 years of experiences in managerial level.
Ø Experience in electronics or manufacturing industries
Ø Strong leadership and management skills
Ø Ability to achieve yield and quality target
Ø Good command of English both spoken and written
Preferable:
Ø Audio production engineer if have experience in car manufacturer is advantage
Ø Good command of English (Japanese language is preferable)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: Mon-Fri : 8.00 – 17.30
