Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the QMR by interpreting certification standards and implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) - Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding QMS-related activities - Drive quality improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues effectively - Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards - Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards - Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions - Manage documentation control and maintain quality records - Provide quality training and guidance to team members - Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields - Conversational middle level of English (Report and e-mail) - At least 3 years in QA, QMS, QE from manufacturing company (Electronics, Automotive or industrial products) - At least 1 year Management experience - Knowledge and Experience in ISO9001, IATF16949, QMS, Core Tools <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese Speaking skill
