Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop short-term and long-term business objectives for assigned up-country territories in alignment with company goals.
*Oversee sales activities focused primarily on existing customers (approximately 90%), while supporting new customer acquisition (approximately 10%).
*Manage sales operations across assigned territories outside the Bangkok metropolitan area, primarily covering the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Northeastern regions of Thailand (Using your own car)
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales and non-sales KPIs.
- Set annual sales targets, activity plans, and budgets for revenue and operating expenses.
- Execute sales strategies and monitor team performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adjust sales plans proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, other Sales Managers, and distribution partners to maximize business performance.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to strengthen organizational capability.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and pharma code of conduct.
- Report sales progress, business performance, market updates, and operational activities to management.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities and perform additional assignments as required.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Conversational high level of English to communicate with the Japanese Director and overseas staff
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and coaching team members 
- Own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in CNS, Psychiatry, Anti-infective, or hospital pharmaceutical products.
- Experience managing nationwide or up-country sales territories.
- Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
